 We, EXACTMAX (Xiamen) Mould & Plastic Engineering Ltd., branch of EXACTMAX (HongKong) Industry Holdings Limited, are one China expert manufacturer and exporter of HASCO / DME-standard moulds and plastic parts.
Our management system complies with ISO9001: 2000, furthermore, we are now introducing ISO / TS16949: 2002 into our daily management to match higher demands.
In January 2006, we were awarded as 'Global Qualified Supplier' by the International Purchasing Professionals Federation (IPPF) .

Our co-share mould factory is one of the most professional in Fujian province, p. R. China. It enjoys good reputation and has been ISO9001: 2000 certificated.
The present work area covers about 1600m2. There are 120 employees, over 30% of which are well educated from colleges or technical schools.
Professional engineers (20 people) use original software, such as PRO / e, autocad and solid works for mould designing and CNC programming.
We mainly produce: plastic injection moulds, die casting moulds, stamping moulds, plastic blowing moulds, rubber pressed moulds, etc.
For most of our mould products, we use famous lkm die carriers. High-quality core steel from Europe like assab136, 718, 2767, 8407, etc is used to match the hasco or dme standard.
Our mould products cover the following industrial area:

Our co-share modern plastic molding factory covers 5000m2. There are 60 employees and 8 horizontal injection-molding machines which vary from 900kn to 10000kn (quantity of machines will reach 20 in late 2007 or early 2008) .
We also have the modern paint spraying production line of total length 24Ms.
